BOB Selan


Bob has been a commercial real estate developer for 40 years and specializes in finding commercial property and repositioning it through entitlements for its highest and best use. Bob is also a partner at Selan Law Firm, a boutique law firm that specializes in all areas of cannabis laws, regulations, licensing and corporate compliance in a highly regulated cannabis market and serves as general counsel to several of the State’s top cannabis brands. With over 40 years of experience in corporate, real estate, and entertainment law, in addition to being a seasoned real estate developer for decades, the development of an industrial business park, fully secure state-of-the-art cannabis real estate campus is a natural progression of Bob’s vision for the future of cannabis real estate. As Co-Founder of the National Cannabis Industry Association, Former CEO and Co-Founder of Kush Magazine, and organizer of KUSHCON, Bob brings his veteran industry experience, which includes helping to author and implement Propositions D and M, to Fox Field.

Lisa Selan

Compliance Specialist

Serving as Partner at Selan Law Firm, Lisa’s unparalleled resume includes expertise in all medicinal and recreational aspects of the marijuana industry both state and locally. Lisa was one of the founders of the United Cannabis Business Association (UCBA) and was General Counsel for the leading trade association of legal dispensaries, cultivators and manufacturers in the City of Los Angeles, lobbying and authoring Proposition D and Measure N. Commencing in 2009, she served as Editor in Chief and CFO of Kush Magazine and Executive Director of KUSHCON. Lisa has also represented the interests of a wide range of people in the cannabis industry, including lobbying for passage of the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act which is now known as the Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act. As an expert in local and state compliance, she has knowledge and experience with the stringent standards for the dual licensing that California began implementing in 2018 and getting over 200 cannabis licenses issued to cannabis business throughout California. Lisa continues to work at the request of cities in California to amend their ordinance to become state compliant and cannabis business friendly.



Mark brings over 26 years of experience in local and regional government and served as City Manager for the City of Lancaster from 2008 through 2018. During Mark’s tenure as City Manager, he was instrumental in leading Lancaster to being named twice as the most Business Friendly City in Los Angeles County and helped establish the first stand-alone, city Community Choice Aggregation in California, Lancaster Choice Energy. Mark’s continuing relationship with the Mayor, City Council and planning departments as well as his knowledge of energy, a critical component to all cannabis cultivators and manufacturers makes Mark’s involvement with the project invaluable.




Frank has been a resident and successful businessman in the City of Lancaster for over 50 years. Frank runs a successful insurance company and has been a real estate developer in Los Angeles and Kern County for over 40 years. Frank has been involved in politics for over six decades and has assisted mayors, governors and presidents in getting elected. Frank’s business connections and relationship to the City of Lancaster, makes Frank an asset to our management team.



While a Joint Venture Partner at Englander, Knabe & Allen, Gary has gained unrivaled expertise in politics, government affairs, and communications through his 21- year tenure as Chief Deputy to four LA County Assessors, where he oversaw the nation’s largest assessment jurisdiction and assessment roll of over one trillion dollars. Additionally, Gary has managed and participated in a variety of high-profile state, national, and local political campaigns, where his insight has been crucial to the success of his many clients and causes.

John has been a commercial broker in Southern California since 1980. Over the past several years he has been involved in investment sales and land for development of multi-family development projects. John has worked with Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Bank of the West on several REO properties. He is a principal in Lee & Associates, a national real estate brokerage firm with 52 office across the nation. Lee & Associates have professionals specializing in the sale and lease of all property types in the commercial real estate field throughout Southern California.

As a resident of the Antelope Valley for over 40 years, April has over 16-years experience as a Real Estate Specialist and the founder of Block Properties, based in Lancaster. April is a commercial real estate industry veteran and has represented large users of industrial and office space in a wide array of real estate transactions. She has an extensive history of successfully guiding her clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. Her specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, space utilization and transaction management. April has been certified as the Antelope Valley’s first EcoBroker and is a member of the Antelope Valley Board of Trade, and a Lifetime Sheriff’s Booster Member.
